The living rough team are a small team of two who directly work with people that are living rough in Whangarei.

They work in collaboration with other stakeholders to find solutions on an individual basis. They build relationships with people who are living rough to gain trust and be able to provide support, hold the hope and encourage and facilitate the continued growth of each person.

They help people that are homeless reduce barriers to housing by working with them to gain mental health and/or drug and alcohol support, develop skills & knowledge, to secure temporary and/or permanent housing and to advocate for when required.
