We offer housing coordination support for those who have challenges with the navigation through the public housing application systems.

Social Housing is a long-term permanent accommodation service that is at income related rental cost, people must be working with mental health and addictions secondary service to receive this service.

All receive three months support once transitioned into your home, the objective is to support Tangata Whai Ora to sustain their tenancy and build a solution focused attitude.
